”This resort is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and the beach is paradise. Clear water and white sand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a superior room which is standard. It was a little small but we didn’t care. The concierge was very helpful in securing a car for us at hotel. U do need a car anywhere u stay in Sardinia. It is a few minute walk to beach but didn’t mind as we got in our steps in and once u see the beach it doesn’t matter. We visited other 5...

”It was sad that the weather was cold, rainy and windy so we coudn't enjoy the Hotel and the beach very well. Bungalow was nice but it was very cold even we warmer it. We ate at Restaurant, it was so cold we were freezing. I asked for promised discount -10% -and showed my hotel voucher were it said- but they said they know nothing about it!? That the Restaurant is completely separate than the Hotel..... Breakfast was very good but it was still really freezing. Everyone had to keep jackets on....

”When we arrived we were told that our reservation had not been received even though we had a booking confirmation from Hotels.com. ”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”
