”Perfect Place to stay on the Island!”

”Absolutely amazing property, with a beautiful view. Perfect upgraded Maine coastal cottage experience. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being in Maine. The location is super convenient as well.”

”Clean, updated property. Alesha was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The breakfast options were very good and the beds were comfortable. Great hotel for our stay.”

”Stayed here two nights Oct 2026. We've stayed here many times over the years but it has been at least 5 years and it has changed ownership since our last stay. It had always been a reliable and affordable place to stay when visiting Freeport, Maine. It's a simple property with no amenities besides a breakfast. We booked a two queen room. The property itself looks fine from the outside but the interior is in need of some renovations and cleaning. The front desk area had a noticable cigarette...

”Room was very dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Had to switch rooms due to bugs and cockroaches. Neither room had a window that shut. Maintenance did come to sort window out in second room but screwed it shut so then no option to open. Water dispenser also did not work. No hand wash in bathroom. Coffee machine in room also did not work. Generally quite poor, would not stay again”
