    You'll feel right at home at our private mountain getaway, only 1 mile from shopping and dining in Cashiers. Fully furnished kitchen for all cooking needs and an expansive deck with gas grill. Perfect for family dinners, entertaining, and talk about that VIEW!! Master bedroom downstairs with private bathroom, another private bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, and an open loft upstairs with 2 more beds. An additional full bath is in the upstairs hallway. Perfect for a couples retreat or family vacay!

    Private access with carport. Plenty of room for multiple cars.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that if your stay is booked for an entire month, we will need to have a cleaner come in at the halfway point so that the home would not nesessitate a deep cleaning at the end of the month. Bedding smelled ,mildew like. Property has not been cared for. Vegetation suffocated the deck. instructions to use the entry lock were wrong and no one was available in the rental office to help

Very cozy and inviting place to stay in the mountains. Convenient to cashiers and out of the hustle. Everything was well kept and stocked in the kitchen. Only issue i had a check in was we did not have service so luckily i screen shot the check in instructions.

Thankful thanksgiving

The property was as advertised and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Great location and easy to get to. The house is very well equipped - especially the kitchen. As this was over thanksgiving it was important that we have a variety of supplies on hand - and we did. We hope to be able to stay there again.

Lovely rental

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nicely decorated and well kept. Proximity to town was great. We loved the fact the property was pet friendly. Nice fenced and gated porch area for everyone to enjoy. All communication with the rental agency was very professional and met all our needs. I understand why this property was rated so high and we totally concur Would highly recommend

Great, great stay... Shhhhh!

Well, I am almost reluctant to tell you how I feel about the place because we are already planning our return visit and don't want it to be booked! But we loved the place and also the resort surroundings. Very comfortable and updated just enough. Perfect deck with short to medium range views and a great breeze. Awesome location just a few minutes to crossroads. Owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Quaint Cabin Home

My friends and I stayed at this location for a wedding weekend in Cashiers and it was exactly what we were looking for! Very charming home, close to downtown area but tucked away and private. The check-in process was a little bumpy at first but that was my fault as I could not find the email (make sure to check your spam!) Kimberly took a bit to get a hold of but all in all she was responsive and everything worked out just fine. Would recommend this property if looking for a weekend getaway in Cashiers!

Concerns about property

Average, outside drive and porches dirty with debris, Several things not happy about inside property.. Dirty pillow sheet, no pillow cases or pillows on upstairs bed, Hand towel in upstairs bath had red lipstick on it, no instructions on how tv works (would be helpful)..Deck cushions wet and dirty, could'nt use upon arrival..

Anniversary Weekend

Everything perfect except electronic keypad. Very quirky. Took an hour to figure it out. Had to hold my breath just right, pat my head and rub my tummy. Might as well have been a Rubics Cube. Almost lost my religion. Honestly, everything else was perfect.

Great stay with a few changes needed

My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed at this house for only 2 nights for a wedding in Cashiers. The house manager was quite responsive and the stay was what we needed. Pros: -Location - very close to Cashiers; plenty of parking in the driveway for maybe 3 cars but no street parking -Well stocked kitchen -Lovely deck with a little bit of a mountain view - Comfortable living room - Friendly neighbors - Dog friendly Cons: - The bed in the main bedroom downstairs is very uncomfortable. There is a padded mattress pad but it doesn’t help how hard the mattress is. We both had sore backs after the weekend unfortunately. - The front door keypad needs to be replaced. While the manager gave us a tip on how to use it, it probably took us 8 tries to unlock the house and then we were too scared to lock it when we left in case we couldn’t get inside to our dog when we returned. So we left the house unlocked when we weren’t there. - Don’t plan to walk your dog in the neighborhood. The street is practically one lane and winding with no sidewalks so it wouldn’t be safe. But wonderful hikes nearby like the Upper Whitewater Falls trail if you want to drive to them. If the main bedroom mattress and keypad are replaced, we would definitely stay here again.

cashiers getaway

the house was comfortable and conveniently located for hiking and exploring waterfalls and also for dining in Cashiers and Highlands. It was nice to have a covered place for our car. We were mostly out and about, but enjoyed the deck space in the mornings.

Last minute

The property is nestled into a hillside with lush vegetation. Everything we needed was here. Great proximity to Cashiers and Highlands. Property manager Madeline was FABULOUS!

Just What We Needed

4 guys on a golf trip and it was perfect. Place was clean and slept 4 comfortably. Great location and fire was awesome.

Great location for exploring

The location provided easy access to the hiking trails, restaurants and shops of Cashiers, Highlands, Glenville and Sapphire. The cottage did not have sweeping views of mountains and valleys, but the deck did provide a great place to relax in the tree tops. We have visited the area before and chose to stay at a lower elevation because of quick access to the areas many amenities.

Great neighborhood with great porch

This was our first time in Cedar Creek and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. It is so convenient to both town and Sapphire. We spent a great deal of time on the lovely porch listening to the sounds of the birds. The driveway was easy to navigate which is not usually the case. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Golf Weekend

Kirk was great communicating and making sure our stay was fantastic. Golf and grilling all weekend with friends in a great location and the home had everything we needed.
