”The location is fantastic—you're right in the heart of Cashiers, making it easy to walk or drive to local shops and restaurants. The property is situated on a fairly quiet dirt road, the listing photos accurately represent the space, and everything was clean upon arrival.A few things prospective guests should know before booking:The listing states that the best way to reach the host is by text. I texted before our stay to ask what type of coffee maker was provided, but didn't receive a response...

”Outside HOA needs work - steps/rail, platform in front of door needs to be larger to left of door. It would help to just take screen door off - creating more space These are safety/liability issues that did not detract from the property itself.”

”This property is PERFECT, especially if you are visiting someone at Western. It’s an easy 8 minute drive to WCU, and less than 20 minutes to Sylva (where all the good food is!). The check in process is super easy (door code to the cabin) and check out was take out the trash, put the linens and towels in a basket and put the dishes in the sink. We have had to extensively clean VRBO/AirBBs before. This was a breeze! :)The price we paid was substantially less than what parents were paying in town...
