”The location was good but honestly I wouldn’t book again. It was so difficult to get to my room. And I didn’t hear back from them when asking for help untill I reach out to Expedia. The doors are so close to eachother you can hear everything and I had the worst night sleep. Since I kept thinking people were trying to get into my room but it was just the next door. The shower jsut close properly so all of the water spills out of the shower and I had to use all my towels to clean it.”

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”

”We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. ”The breakfast was excellent, however there was neither fridge nor kettle in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable.”

”It was a pleasure. The view is stunning. The apartment is clean, everything that is needed can be found there and the overall location is very nice. I would absolutely recommend it”

”Wir waren schon zweimal in den Apartment mit schönen Aussichten.wir können nur weiter empfehlen.das Apartment hat alles was man braucht.”

”The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d probably do it again. Had a small kitchen counter deal with limited dishes but we didn’t use it.”

”appartement tres bien situé, magnifique vue, propre et fonctionnel. un seul regret, le manque de réponse à nos mails et questions par l'hôte. nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls pour l'arrivée, le parking et la restitution du logement.”
