”Luxurious breakfast, clean beautiful room. We were upgraded into a better room with 2 bedrooms. Awesome. ”

”The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance. The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Was told to make sure the Bluetooth on phone needed to be activated but note that there’s A SECONDARY permission needed within the app. If there a glitch you’re at the mercy of automated replies and hoping someone comes back to you. Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

”The breakfast was excellent, however there was neither fridge nor kettle in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable.”

”We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”

”It was a pleasure. The view is stunning. The apartment is clean, everything that is needed can be found there and the overall location is very nice. I would absolutely recommend it”

”Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.”

”The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d probably do it again. Had a small kitchen counter deal with limited dishes but we didn’t use it.”

”This is as a very comfortable, clean place to rest and recalibrate and refuel before the next exploratory adventure in this beautiful region of the world. This would work very well for two couples or family. Lots of space to retreat and spacious common areas. We enjoyed our stay.”

”appartement tres bien situé, magnifique vue, propre et fonctionnel. un seul regret, le manque de réponse à nos mails et questions par l'hôte. nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls pour l'arrivée, le parking et la restitution du logement.”

”It was very very clean and neat. the bathrooms had heated floors which was vey nice. ”
