Nice mountain apartment with a little fenced garden with a marvelous view. The apartment is located in Cremeno village, within walking distance from the shops, restaurants, and a bus stop, but at the same time hidden in a quiet and relaxing context. It makes a part of a condominium complex with private parking and a shared garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The day area consists of an inviting living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. You can exit from the living room to a small private garden with an external dining area and a fantastic view over Grigna Mountain! The night area comprises a master bedroom with a king bed, a smaller room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. 
The entire apartment is decorated with wood creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere of a mountain house. It is equipped with everything needed for a short stay including linen, towels, soaps, and cooking basics!
Though the house is located a bit outside of the village center it has a very strategic position, since just in a few minutes walking you can reach a supermarket, a couple of bars, and a free shuttle bus stop that brings you to the ski lift in winter. The ski lifts of Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio can be also reached in a 5-minute drive or about 30 minutes on foot.

The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
