The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. ”This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via...

”Gute Lage. Sehr Mühsames einchecken. Steile Treppen im 2. Stock. Überhaupt Nicht gut geputzt. Viele Mängel. Unfassbar miserable Betten, keine Info über heizung( lief dauernd), wifi (hat gefehlt) und darüber, dass man ungehindert von Mücken attackiert wird. . Bei dem Preis ein ganz ganz schlechtes Verhältnis. ”

”le quartier du Castello est très plaisant pour y séjourner, au milieu des vénitiens. très bien pourvu en commerces ( boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, supérettes, primeur ... ouverts tous les jours même le dimanche) avec des espaces verts, et bien desservis par les Vaporetto.le logement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée ( beaucoup de poussière, surtout dans la chambre, des draps sales dans le lave linge ... ) dommage !”
