The 75-square-meter villa was completely renovated and furnished two years ago; first floor: living room with a sofa bed, open-plan kitchen with a glass door opening onto the garden, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Upper floor: bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, and a bathroom. Air conditioning is provided by two portable air conditioners. The villa accommodates up to 4 people. Outside: furnished veranda, patio with table and umbrella, and private garden. Resort caretaker available just a few meters away. Barbecue available in the garden.
Within 200 meters, you’ll find tennis and padel courts, 2 restaurants, and stores and shops at the Riva del Sole center. A bike path adjacent to the resort leads to the town center in 5 minutes.
