”Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa.”

”One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. ”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance.
