The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Single room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the full English breakfast was fantastic.

I booked a deluxe-plus room but I think we may have been put in a deluxe room as we had no armchairs as shown in the deluxe-plus photos, and the furniture and decor wasnât quite like the photos. Large, very clean room and friendly staff. Cooked breakfast in the morning was superb, one of the best hotel English Breakfasts Iâve ever had - really good sausage and quality bacon. Would stay again just for the breakfast!
