”Having booked with another local hotel - The Athena - who were completely obnoxious and unhelpful regarding the parking. I stumbled across this gem. The staff were so helpful and accomplished ~ first class customer service.”

”Had a lovely stay, the village is cozy and has good services. Also the hotel itself is a historical site, so definitely worth exploring! We had a car (which I think is almost a must since it is a bit of a drive to Florence for instance), the parking was free so that was a huge plus. Also the location is perfect to explore whole Tuscany. We drove to Pisa and the cost as well as the surroundings. Great stay!”

”We had nice 2 night stay at Palazzo San Niccolo. Hotel is located right in the center of village. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had welcoming drinks at the check in and reception boy took our luggage to our room. We had room at top floor. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits.”

”Kauniilla paikalla oleva resort tyylinen hotelli. Palvelu hidasta, laiskaa ja välinpitämätöntä. Huoneet siistit ja toimivat ja hyvä parkkipaikka. Ruoka kehnoa ja palvelu olematonta sekä ravintolassa että altaalla. Ei viettäisi 2 yötä enempää täällä, parempiakin paikkoja löytyy.”

”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”We arrived with a rental car. The instructions given prior were clear, the hotel staff were very informative and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view of the countryside. Breakfast was included in the stay and was good. The hotel was situated close to the duomo and the piazza del campo. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend it to others.”
