”Second visit here, lovely welcoming hotel with a super breakfast and parking right outside which is great for Polperro. Hotel right in the heart of the village , great for the harbour , pubs and eateries . Only downside for us was the room in the attic number 12 , not for us the staff called it the marmite room you either love it or hate it and we were the latter , to much pine a very small toilet next to the bed and dated .”

”Bedroom 7 was very clean, well decorated and comfortable but the shower cubicle is not suitable for anyone on the large side (over 12 stone) as the entrance is restricted. The stair carpet is worn and decor rather tired in the entrance. Sadly they ran out of eggs and brown bread at breakfast and sausages were tasteless but rest of cooked breakfast was fine. Friendly hosts and a quiet location with great view from the restaurant. Good amount of parking in front of hotel”

”Property was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. Very good value for money - much nicer than the hotel we stayed in the following night which cost a lot more! ”A small B&B along the road. We stayed in a small room with twin beds. Beds were really comfy, the best beds during our roundtrip actually. The road outside is a bit noisy but not too bad. The owner is nice and served a very good breakfast - but note that breakfast is not included in the price which wasn't clear when I booked. ”

”First two nights on a one week tour of Cornwall. Conveniently positioned if you've come off the M5. Plenty of places to go only a few minutes drive from Coombe Farm including Looe and Polperro. Very quiet location and you're pretty much left to your own devices. Plenty of parking too. Expect visits from the very friendly Peacocks and the cat! If you want a cooked breakfast there's a no frills farm shop two minutes away which we tried. All in all would definitely recommend.”

”Our room was modern and clean and with lovely additional touches, i.e. bathrobes, coffee machine, kettle, spay for your pillows, earplugs. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. ”Kingsand is the perfect Cornish village and Westcroft the perfect b and b. Charismatic and attentive landlady. Room, lounge and dining room all beautifully and artistically arranged.
