”We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.”

”We had a great time utilizing this vacation rental in order to be close to our other family, a road over. The propane tank was empty so we got a brand new one for the grill. The property itself was great. The bedrooms had nice decor. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The pool area was perfect for swimming and lounging. Everything worked as it should. ”

”I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing...

”The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and near some shops and eateries which was convenient. Host, Nataliya was very responsive and accommodated a special request. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.”

”The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended!”

”Couldn’t of asked for a better home to stay in. Clean, cozy, close to stores, safe neighborhood. Loved all of the extra accessories in the home. It was the small things that made our stay just that much better. The pool was just an additional paradise. *We did find a snake on the back patio so just be cautious* ”

”This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.”
