”We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

”Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year.”

”The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. Also a TV in the second bedroom with and ensuite would be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your home! Lots of linens, access to pool toys and bikes was nice extras. Great poolside furniture. ”We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed...

”Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.”

”Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.”

So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by.”

”We have stayed here several times before and enjoyed each visit. The solar heated pool is one of the best features. The home is starting to show a little wear but nothing to detract from the visit. Kitchen is lacking in bakeware, such as cookie sheet, pizza sheet, muffin tins. Items that might be good for longer stays.”

Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. ”We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Met the host and she was very nice! Thank you again for a great stay!”

”I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.”
