”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”

”Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful.”

”Really disappointed with this hotel. Room was spacious but decor is outdated. We had a massage at the spa that was reasonably priced. Dinner and breakfast were both disappointing. Suggest staying in town as there’s limited options around. ”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
