”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...

If your room faces the street, you’ll have a lovely river view, though it can be a bit noisy at times. The location is excellent — all major attractions are within a 10–25 minute walk.
The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there’s a supermarket just 5–10 minutes away where you can easily find everything you need. The TV includes YouTube and other...
”Everything was amazing! The hotel is furnished so nicely and the room was spacious and very clean. We had access to the backyard bar straight from our room which was a nice surprise.
It was easy to get to the city center and back with a taxi (only 10min) which the hotel kindly ordered for us. ”

”Wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious for a family of five, with two bedrooms, very clean and modern. The indoor pool was great, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful views. The service was also top notch. A little bit of a walk from the sights, about 15 mins max, but was nice to have dinner away from the super touristy area, and plenty of options nearby. We’d definitely stay there again. ”

"Hotellin sijainti loistava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä! Huoneemme tv käynnistyi joka yö itsestään, mikä oli hieman hämmentävää. Huoneeseen kuului myös melko hyvin käytävältä äänet. Hotellin kattoterassi oli upea! "
"Hotel was ok. Roof terrace with the jacuzzi was nice. People at the front desk were also nice. Breakfast to be honest, is not worth the money. People working at the buffet where rude and obviously wasn’t enjoying their work. One lady started to yell at a little girl over an opened milk. I asked for white bread and just had an answer there’s bread and when took some other she brought the white bread. I travel lots and don’t bring any trouble with me, always say hello and thank you."
