Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. ”Wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious for a family of five, with two bedrooms, very clean and modern. The indoor pool was great, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful views. The service was also top notch. A little bit of a walk from the sights, about 15 mins max, but was nice to have dinner away from the super touristy area, and plenty of options nearby. "Hotel was ok. Roof terrace with the jacuzzi was nice. People at the front desk were also nice. Breakfast to be honest, is not worth the money. People working at the buffet where rude and obviously wasn’t enjoying their work. One lady started to yell at a little girl over an opened milk. I asked for white bread and just had an answer there’s bread and when took some other she brought the white bread. I travel lots and don’t bring any trouble with me, always say hello and thank you."
