”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

”Amazing time spent here. The rooms are huge ! And the sparkling wine was a very nice gesture. Bed is comfortable and continently located near the huge bathroom. No delays with checking in. Very close to the city center. Very friendly and welcoming front desk attendant! You will always find free parking on the street so don’t need to use the 35$ per night garage ! ”

”I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. The property is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel that you are in someone's Pallazzo. My room was very spacious (plenty of room for my luggage). It had two windows, being a corner room, so in the morning, it received a lot of light. However, the shutters...

”The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the owner went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. There area around the property is under construction but once in your room you wouldn’t know it. The pool was so relaxing. And the tub in our room was so deep that I didn’t need to seek out the hot tub since it practically was one. Two thumbs up or 10/10 stars. ”
