”We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!”

”The hotel met my expectations and made me feel welcome. The receptionists were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast offered enough choice. I most probably will be coming back when on a leisure trip.”

”This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good.”

”Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building”

”The check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat.
