”We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.”

”We love absolutely everything about this apartment. Not only it’s absolutely aesthetically stunning but it’s very well located. The rooms are very big, the bathrooms too and well designed also. Our host made the check in easy, the communication was perfect. We would come back again and again.”

”Lovely spacious clean place for my family of four. The air conditioning worked marvelous and we enjoyed the balcony. It's in a perfect location close to everything but far enough away to not hear the noise. The staff was very helpful as well. It's listed a 3- star hotel but I think it is closer to a 4-star hotel.
