The bathroom is small, no counter space and the lighting is terrible. Cons: the staff is only in the hotel until 8:30 PM. ”We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.”

It's in a perfect location close to everything but far enough away to not hear the noise. The staff was very helpful as well. It's listed a 3- star hotel but I think it is closer to a 4-star hotel.
