”Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed”

”We had a late check in at 5pm there was a line out the door so we decided to have dinner and come back to check in later. We came back at 8pm and the line looked the same by the time that we checked in. It was a whole hour waiting in line. I was told that we were going to get comped the resort fee of $75 and I just saw that I was charged the $75 resort fee.”
