”The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep.”

”The staff and room were amazing! We stayed in a large room with the walls and ceiling adored with hand painted scenery. Large bathroom too. All very clean and comfortable. ”

”The shower curtain was torn and disgusting. The shower faucet was difficult. The electric outlet doesn’t work. The blanket was old and had many holes. There were no chairs or lamps. The heater was very loud.”

”Nice staff, easy check in, great breakfast, a perfect place to stay if no frills are required. Bed was extremely comfortable and made up for some of the run down furnishings which is understandable. ”

”The rooms here are very spacious, the cleaning staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Especially love the dog friendliness of this motel. There are two nearby parks with trails Felicita County Park and Kit Carson. Both good for kids activities and Kit Carson has disc golf and a sports center. Loads of shopping and grocery stores within a mile. Stay on the second floor for a quieter experience. ”

”Arrived after a 14 hour drive to a room with a cockroach. Went back to the front desk, requested a new room. New room was dirty, bathtub filthy and smelled of Marijuana. Glad I booked through Expedia so I could leave and get a refund. Lots of homeless people in and around the hotel. I don’t need anything fancy but I definitely wouldn't stay here. Sleeping in the car sounded like a better option.”
