"My only complaint is that they lost my reservation from Expedia. Booked in January, I called to confirm beginning of June and the manager said they were fully booked. Somehow he managed to "find us a room"... Needless heartache because they didn't see the reservation."

"The house was very nice, spacious, and clean. The check in procedure with Ahmed was very easy, he was very responsive. The pictures were very accurate. The air conditioning worked well. It was nice to have a park nearby with a walking path. Overall excellent stay in Westerville!"
