”Nice enough place. Clean, quiet, road did not bother that much. Good location”

”The property was fine for what I needed. The front desk was very helpful as there had been a problem with my credit card on your end of which I was NOT notified. I did not have a reservation. The front desk girl found a room for me.”

”I had the best rest and relaxation at the Whistling Swan Inn. The accommodations were so clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here.”

”It is a surprisingly decent place to stay if you just need the basics. The atmosphere is interesting [long-term stays (residents) give the grounds a neighborhood feel].”

”I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

”The room smelled of tobacco smoke, there was a spare bed haphazardly folded with the sheets half falling out, like an unmade used bed, right inside the entry door greeting us with a trailer trash kind of feeling, absolutely not an upscale hotel. All of the hotels near the lake were booked so unfortunately we had no choice but to book this hotel against our better instinct's. I took a look outside by the pool there was junk all over the place, a used desk sitting against the building right next...

”Very noisy due to a wedding group staying at the hotel and walking around the corridors , talking loudly and making noise till 1 am. In the afternoon we also had to put up with someone's dog barking for an hour”

”At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago.”
