”I booked the room then when I got there about half an hour later they said they didn’t have any reservations. I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology. ”Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.”

”It was under construction and we got no heads up so half the mornings there was no coffee. The night we checked in, it took a while to get someone to answer the phone to let us in and we had a reservation. A heads up would have been nice!”

”As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did.
