”Stayed one night, very clean and well maintained, excellent breakfast”

”When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. ”We played at hidden Valley sports complex. Super close!”

”We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.”

”3 families stayed here. We found it dirty and not well maintained. We were very disappointed. The bathroom was not cleaned well. A big wad of gum in the carpet and carpet fraying in room 100. The pool felt very slimy and dirty on the concrete area around the pool. I d9 have to say the first girl we encountered was very helpful at the front desk. The man working the breakfast area was great! Even with those pluses, I will not book rooms here again.”

”Stayed with family for two days. (Booked four days and canceled last 2 days) Breakfast was good, but the pool was closed during our stay. Most of the washing machines and dryers were not working, which was inconvenient. The parking areas had a lot of potholes, and no pillows were provided for the sofa bed.”

”This was such a wonderful little place hidden right in the middle of a neighborhood! It’s exceptionally clean and quiet. Christopher was so friendly and pleasant and shared the history of the home with us. And the breakfast was incredible! Fresh, homemade and delicious. We would stay here again in a minute! ”

”This hotel is more than run down. The "continental breakfast" is awful, there is nothing fresh or accommodating for guests. If you want 3 day old muffins or bread enjoy. The pool is disgusting and poorly kept. The staff has bad mouthed other customers in our presence more than once, so I can only imagine what they about everyone else. I've stayed in numerous Days Inn hotels and this by far the most disgusting and disappointing hotel. I personally messaged the hotel before to insure any...

”Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site.”
