”(TRAVELERS BEWARE) The room itself wasn't to bad other then it was a little dusty. The staff was great and the breakfast was good but you might want to stay somewhere eles because when I stayed there someone tried to steal the catalytic converter off my car. Thankfully they wasn't able to get it but they did cause damage cutting through my exhaust pipe in multiple places.”

”Parking was fine, a/c was fine. Bath Tub, Horrible!!! We took this access for the larger tub, but the mat thats in there was terribly dirty, but couldnt be removed!!! No bath for me!! The kiosk in the front lobby was ridiculously Atrocious! The guy was trying to helping us... then the monotor keeps repeating and typing the words being said to the girl at front desk, by the guy's cking in there!! So then the guy on the monitor kept asking us to wait!! And we didnt even say anything.!! Wasnt very...

”Pros and Cons Pros- comfortable beds, awesome shower pressure and temp. Location was the BEST. Staff was very attentive to any needs we had. Cons- breakfast was the worst! The room wasn’t stocked with bath linens at check-in. The check-in area employee was behind a think glass wall and behind a locked door.”

”It was so unclean in our room, we checked out within 2 hours. Our bed sheets had stains all over them like they hadn’t been washed, the fridge had smudges of food on and in it, the bathroom toilet seat was all chipped and brown, the shower water came out almost brown and lastly, the blow dryer was broken.”

”Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!”

”I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

”Room was very scented - too much for me. Also would’ve loved a kettle for hot water. Coffee was excellent but tea drinkers need a choice. Grounds and room were thoughtfully supplied. Very nice! Ryan great to work with! Will stay there again.”
