”Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

”You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family....

”My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

”The rooms were very clean & nice. We had a problem with the toilet. It would not flush so we had to use lobby bathroom. The staff was very nice.”

”The gentleman at front desk ( manager) was friendly and cool. Real easy going. My money was not right and he didnt hassle me he gave me time to take care of it. Love this place ”

”We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. ”

”Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. ”

”When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. The desk phone in the living space didnt work. We later found out that the neither of them were connected to the right port. The fire...

”The lamp shades were broken, there was a light bulb missing in one of the bedside light fixtures, there was candy on the floor under the night stand and the walls were all dinged and marked up. ”

”I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people...

”The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest. ”
