”My 2nd visit to Novotel Impact. Last time was 10/10, this time I give 9/10. Like last time, also was in Premium room to have access to lounge. Things that made it lose 1 point: - The snacks served in Afternoon tea and Cocktail hour were pretty poor, just some basic bread etc. Last time had bigger variety and better - Saturday evening called room service and the guy who answered spoke very bad english.
