”We had a great experience staying at the Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore during our visit to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a convenient way to start our busy sightseeing days.

”Check-in was efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The staff gave us all of the pertinent information to our stay upon check-in. There was a Manager Happy Hour during our stay. ”Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.”
