Even though the property was close to I90, we weren't bothered by any noise. There was some contractor tailgating in the parking lot and a homeless individual at the parking lot entrance but neither derailed us from enjoying our stay.”

”I specifically booked this hotel because of the airport transfer. I prior to booking, I called to verify that I could get a four a m shuttle, which was confirmed. Upon checking in, I verified again, that I could have a four a m.Shuttle service to the airport, the two women at the desk agreed, wrote it down on a piece of paper, said no problem. When I went down at four a m to the front desk, the gentleman working said that my shuttle was not guaranteed.That it was, quote, unquote for the hours...

”The elevator made such loud noise once and it felt like it was going to drop off violently. There was another couple in the elevator as well. We both complained and we were told - don’t worry about it ; it is very old. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was pathetic , same bagels, bread, eggs - felt like they had purchased in wholesale and serving the same without shame. The air conditioner was loud during night ; pretty sure they know and did nothing about it.”

”The young lady who checked me in was especially nice - polite, friendly and helpful; when we needed extras, she was right on it. Jailyn was outstanding. The handicap accessible room was good; there were nice grab bars in the shower/tub. Full size fridge with ice maker, stove top, microwave, table and chairs in room, good services. Breakfast not included unless you order room service, but otherwise, a very good stay. Choice of restaurants nearby.”

”Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice. I did have a problem with the accessible bath though. I had back surgery 6 weeks prior and can't bend, twist or lift. I was solo in the room and can't lift my right leg well enough even though there were TONS of grab bars. There was a nice bench in the tub but the soap and shampoo would have been 2 inches from my back (can't twist). The floor had a nice non slip mat but the shower head was at the other end of the tub. ”very cute , and seems newly renovated, games and pool table in lobby, good breakfast, pool with waterslide (did not use).....staff at check in was great.... Family friendly.......one day, cleaning crew did not leave another bathmat, or washcloths, but we had enough towels anyway, so not a big deal. Next day was updated. The front desk had a bin of extras, too”
