”Stayed here in Rapid City for a week while a family member had a medical procedure. Check in was easy and proce matched online booking. No fault to the staff but the first room the fridge did not work. Second room, wasnt clean at all. Finally landed in a 3rd room and upgraded me for the hassle. ”We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rapid City for one week. Overall, the property was nice, and we appreciated the warm cookies offered in the evening as well as the lemon ice water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, stepped on something while barefoot in our room and cut his foot. We couldn’t find what caused the injury at the time, but after returning home, an ER doctor removed a small piece of glass from his foot. This...

”We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.”

”The front desk staff are all friendly. However, I rated the person in the breakfast area 3 stars. While we were having breakfast, she made us feel unwelcome to eat. She is also yelling at other guests. I was about to give 5 stars, and I usually tip the breakfast attendants wherever we go. Hopefully, someone will inform her not to disturb guests while they are having breakfast in peace.”

”The water park is a bust. The chlorine levels burned our eyes and made our skin itch. The only water slide for big kids was so wild that after only one ride, our daughter had 5 large bruises including one on her head. We didn't ride it again.”
