”Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.”

”one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Chicago. Great staff. Great restaurant and rooftop bar on the fifth floor. Location is within walking distance of most everything on Michigan Ave. Room was great , bathroom great, beds great. Would and have already highly recommended this hotel to several people.
