”The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!”

”Family of four with two kids ages 6 & 8 and it was a great amount of space for us! Property was very clean and it was easy to feel at home there. We were thrilled with all the pools and family activities offered at the grounds when we needed some downtime from the bustle of the amusement parks.”

”We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

”Activities on property for the kids. Close to Dells but far enough away to have some quiet. Golf courses were well maintained.”

Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.”

”My family enjoyed the condo, kitchen to prepare food, pool, tennis courts. The beds were comfortable. The common area was nice to hang out as a family. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint, there was broken glass all over the first floor when we arrived. I am thankful no one got hurt by stepping on - but the cleaning crew did not do a good job.”
