”Incredible hotel and the staff is even better… The level of hospitality they helped us with was absolutely above and beyond. From helping with transportation all around the city, to and from airports and to and from the Formula One race… To helping lineup birthday cakes and balloons and flowers for each of the ladies for all of our rooms… And countless other moments… This hotel is absolutely top-notch.”

”The place was cute. Good location. Looks a little sketchy but we walked around no issue. However the apartment was issues since the start. The lady in the front was so nice and very helpful. The door didn’t lock and we had to get the key. The toilet didn’t flush. The sink was so tiny that the water would spill. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

Rooms were large, but we had no natural light
Best part is a neighborhood
And very nice Hart was having breakfast on the rooftop where the staff were great”

10/10 Loistava
Great place to stay in the Centro Historico, we were so comfortable here. Very unusual concept where you have an all inclusive cafe open 24 hours and can order coffee/beer/soft drinks and snacks for free. First time I’ve seen something like that outside of all inclusive resorts. All the staff members were so lovely from the waiters to the receptionists and cafe staff and the guys at the door. Room was super clean and comfortable. Good location short walking distance to Bellas Artes, Zocalo etc....
Maria
