I stayed here twice because the general manager personally asked me to give the hotel a second chance, promising my next stay would be different.
Before arriving, we exchanged several emails in Spanish. They even offered me a complimentary night, which I declined. I told them I simply wanted my Expedia reservation to be seamless and drama-free. They assured me it would be.
It wasn’t.
We arrived around 12:40 p.m. A receptionist said he would check whether one of our rooms...
