âHad a wonderful weekend stay in Barcelona. The hotel was a perfect romantic getaway place for that. Service was good and the staff helpful. It's not really near anything, but the train, busses and taxi allowed us to get around just fine.â
âI stayed at Casagrand Luxury Suites for five days in April. The check-in was smooth, although we arrived at the apartment in midnight. The apartment was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We could access to Metro and buses within 10 minutes walk. â

âLoistava valinta perheellemme. Kaksi parisĂ€nkyĂ€ samassa huoneistossa. Lapsilla oma rauha omassa huoneessa. Parveke seitsemĂ€nnessĂ€ kerroksessa. âLovely place to stay near Park Guel. It retains it's old fashioned feel but with some extra touches.
Buffet breakfast is available 24/7 if one is a little peckish.
There is a nice veranda at the front to sit ot and read or relax. The only minor issue is that since it's a period property the doors to rooms aren't airtight so you can hear if other people come in late at night but no one came in too late or was to noisy and it's on a hill so every walk back burns off a few extra calories. âEverything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet nightïŒ you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to.â

"Stayed one night. Room simple but clean, location very peaceful.
Check-in was very nice, and they helped me book a taxi for the next morning (early flight). Unfortunately, there was no taxi. I understand that this was perhaps not the hotel staffâs fault. What made upset was that they tried to call a new one, then said it will not come, but I can walk to the nearby taxi station, and if there are no cars I can walk 500m to the Diagonal to try and hail a taxi there. I called my friend, whose hotel managed to get him a taxi in ONE MINUTE. "
