I cannot emphasize enough our appreciation for the exceptional experience we had at the Monastery Garden Bistro and Rooms in C. Krumlov. We were gifted with three treasures...the perfect accommodations, the well deserved World Heritage designation for the village, and Kamilla our hostess who was an absolute joy to have as our coach to enjoy the opportunity available. This truly was a first class and memorable stay...we thank you!

Wonderful hosts in a beautifully decorated home-away-from-home. The homemade breakfasts are a must-try. Lots of small thoughtful touches in the rooms. Would definitely reccommend.

We loved how the old town hotel had been renovated to be so comfortable for us today. As expected, we had to park away from the hotel but they allowed us to drop off our luggage by the hotel for a fee. There was not an elevator but I would stay there again if we go back. The town was lovely and worth a visit.

This was one of our favorite places to stay while in Central Europe. It is the most charming and unique experiences we have ever had. The staff are warming and helpful and fun to visit with. I absolutely loved staying here, it has been one of my favourite places to stay in Europe. The room was authentic Czech however with all the right modern comforts to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen and pillows, good air con, large room and plenty of storage. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all the attractions and plenty of amazing restaurants and cocktail/wine bars close by. We absolutely loved the convenience and generosity of the kitchen with free cold filtered water and an honesty system to help yourself to wine and snacks. We felt so relaxed like we were at home. I’m not much of a breakfast person, however I read the breakfast was good and we’re so glad we had it - amazing - 10/10 and I’m super fussy. Don’t pass up the pancakes/crepes and my husband raved about the eggs Benedict 😋 It is a small family run business and honestly they have thought of everything. We are fortunate to have travelled a fair bit and this place has certainly gone out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect, we loved it. Just be aware - if you have large suitcases it is a pain to walk with them over the cobbled walkways to any of the accommodation in Cesky Krumlov. Make sure you organise a cab or driver fro the bus or train.

Absolutely lovely! Clean, attractive and well situated. Our breakfast was the best we have had in 3 weeks and the owner is lovely and very helpful. Do not try to drag your suitcase over the road. Wait until 3 PM when you can bring your car up

Boutique inn run by a wonderful proprietress. Yes, breakfast is extra so if that offends you are not the clientele. I was on a three week trip through Europe and this property was my third hotel and I consider it my fortune I found it as minute. It is a small, local business. Martina runs an environmentally conscious (hand towels in the W/C, glass carafe to fill with flat/bubble water for your room) and beautifully designed, fully renovated property. No two rooms are the same in design. I had a very comfortable room with dried apple slices on my pillow instead of mints/chocolates. She is very helpful with any information you need. Staying here was like staying at your coolest friend's house. Sign me up if she ever decides to go elsewhere besides CK.

Lovely, can't miss city and inn. Medieval atmosphere at its finest. Lovely shops, and castle easy walking distance from this location. Kamila, the owner, is a delight. One of the most beautifully presented breakfasts I have ever seen. This is a gem. Papa's Living restaurant around the corner is fun and delicious. GPS can't get you there. Call owner for assistance when you arrive in the town.

Perfect for romantic getaway for couples!
We visited Česky Krumlov to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staying at Monastery was the best choice, the room was so beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The bar and breakfast was also great, delicious menus and drinks you can get. We really enjoyed the stay and made nice memories.

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed property a stone's throw from the castle and the monastery which are the primary attractions in Cesky Krumlov. Stay stay stay here if you can!! I'd return to the Czech Republic ONLY to stay at this property for days on end!

Unbelievably cozy but trendy place, with wonderful staff. Ideal location for short stay in Cesky Krumlov. Every notable sight is within few minutes walk. Our suite was very large, extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The only downside was a lack of shower cabin (there was a large designer bath, but with a hand shower). Breakfasts are delicious, with a very thoughtful selection, and the way the meals are served is 5-star! The lobby communal honor bar is extremely convenient and covers all the bases. Overall, highly recommended for a romantic weekend getaway. (NB: there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues this may be a problem).

Very cute place! Everything was perfect! The host is very nice. Cozy room,nice facilities. Provide complimentary spring water. Breakfast not included but reasonable price and very delicious! The only downside is the bathroom. It's really beautiful but not convenient to use.But still we had a wonderful night and breakfast time here!

The monastery bistro & rooms was excellent - the food, the beauty, the friendliness. All was exquisite. The only issue we had was our fault because we neglected to ask how to handle the air - bring Americans the system was foreign to us and we were too tired to bother anyone.

Great location and staff. Parking available in P2 and other pay lots. “Short-ish” walk on cobblestones to the property. Located very close to the castle entrance. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly. Lovely homemade fruit tarts, fresh fruits, beverages available on the honor system 24 hours. Breakfast was delicious (not included, made to order). I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful city. My room was spacious (bathtub in the bedroom area) with incredibly conformable beds and pillows. Also, their breakfast is very good. I would definitely go back!
