”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced.
We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...
”Diani Reef has a nice ”Grand Budapest Hotel” feel to it. It is somewhat run down, but we didn’t mind. The beach is great, pool and the gym are nice, monkeys very polite, breakfast excellent, parking handy, staff polite etc. I would save big bucks for other destinations and stay here. Pools were quite dirty,the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming.
