”Toilet leaked and we didn’t have any handtowel in bathroom. We didn’t get despote we asked for it. Beach was nice, staff was friendly and breakfast was ok.”

”For the price it was an okay stay, rooms are clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, in the restaurant we did not always get what we ordered and at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us additionally. The staff tried to make us to resolve the matter and seemed uncaring for the whole situation. Which ended with an long and annoying conversation.”

”Every person I encountered was pleasant and friendly Off the beaten track but a Tuk tuk away from everything. On the beach but not recommended for swimming. Huge pool. Best staff Good buffet If there’s low guests it’s ala carte which is even better!! ”

”The hotel is alright,maybe not 4 stars,more like 3. Pools were quite dirty,the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming. Food was ok..not a lot options for children at the dinner. At the dinner many times we got our drinks after we've already eaten,so quite slow service. Evening entertainment was really nice and fun. Room was okay,some parts of the room oldish but the bed was good. We got one big problem...

”Ambiente molto bello e pulito, personale sempre attento ad ogni esigenza e gentile. Sicurezza top. L’unica cosa che ci è mancata è stata la colazione “italiana” (niente cornetti e nessuna crema spalmabile, solo marmellate particolari). Super consigliato!! ”

”Toller Aufenthalt mit einem besonderem Flair! Die Zimmer könnten etwas smarter sein, mehr Stauraum, Kleiderbügel, Kühlschrank, Föhn, etc. Wären nett gewesen. Auch schade, dass Wasser nur teuer erworben werden kann undnin der Nähr kein Supermarkt war. Aber der Service, das Restaurant und das Ambietente haben alles wieder weg gemacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.”

”We stayed here five nights with our family with three kids. During our stay, everything was made for us to have the most wonderful experience. The apartment is large and has all the amenities you want and the two bathrooms makes it really comfortable in terms of organization. The pool water is pleasantly warm and Charles will take real great care for you to have the best time. He even got us extra balls and rings for the kids to play with. ”Diani Reef has a nice ”Grand Budapest Hotel” feel to it. It is somewhat run down, but we didn’t mind. The beach is great, pool and the gym are nice, monkeys very polite, breakfast excellent, parking handy, staff polite etc. I would save big bucks for other destinations and stay here. Dinner tasty, but overpriced.”
