”We had a wonderful time. The property was as advertised. There isn’t as much in the Chalk Sound area, but everything is within 15 minutes. We had a few minor issues and, on Sunday afternoon, someone came over to fix them. Great service. ”

”The hotel is nice and very clean as it was newly built. With that in mind, there were a few things the hotel still needed to complete or work out, such as: no garbage bins anywhere outside the rooms (but staff were more than happy to help with disposal in common areas), no fan / ventilation in the bathrooms making it difficult for swimwear to dry (can alternatively dry on the balconies), the cushions on loungers were left out during the rain so were still soaked the next morning when it was...

”We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. ”Very well appointed Unit- we had a jungle view unit- with a great patio, the washer and dryer were so nice. The Pool was amazing - very nice chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great very clean- very little sea grass - and even some snorkeling - chairs and palapas available - no crowding. We Used the restaurant a couple of times -- good food and drinks.
