”Can't give a review as we the taxi driver his sat nav and I could not even find the place, finally got to an address but it was a flat, no reply when we knocked. tried to contact you and place but could not send email for some odd reason. Tried again and again no success. I then had to find another place to stay, thankfully the taxi driver was very helpful, feeling bad for me. Really would think twice about trusting you in future, not a good experience. ...

”Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.”

”Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...

The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail.
