”A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌”

”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Over all a good trip. For what I paid my accommodation was adequate. A very good price. I bought the money in an envelope to give to them personally. But no one to give the money to. It is fine I have the money with me. I will have to put in to my bank account on Tuesday then I will phone to pay for my stay. I would stay again ”

”Hotelli osoittautui loistavaksi valinnaksi. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huone todella siisti ja tilava. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Hotellin alakerran pubi oli rennon viihtyisä , ja hintaan kuulunut aamiainen naapurissa sijainneessa kahvila The Docksissa hyvä . Hotellin sijainti Oxford Streetillä oli todella hyvä. ”The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”
