Dear V thank you for your feedback. Our hotel opened its door just few days ago and that's why you might have seen some mantenance staff around, working for your confort. Our staff is doing its best to fullfill all our guests request: their kindness has been widely recognized and if some accidents may have occured please apologize. Concerning the music from our after-ski, it's everyday from 4PM to 8PM; exceptionnaly on Dec 31st it lasted untill 1Am, to celebrate the new year's eve. Please notice also that bathrobe, slippers and safety box are available only in Premium rooms. We hope to see youa gain at La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix Best regards
