”Friendly staff , house and property very well kept ,Some signs of aging and usage on the furniture but completely acceptable , me and the kids loved the home and the common areas , pool and water slides lazy river all a huge plus .Definitely will return next year . Only hiccup , but it’s normal are the line ups to actually get into the community (the gates ) Midnight took almost 45 min because one of the gates weren’t working , it happens .”

”Drove in from Savannah for my daughter’s college graduation. 10 adults and 2 dogs and this house exceeded all my expectations. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and bathrooms fully stocked with all your basic needs. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal. Game room was fun and pool area spacious enough to entertain and swim without being so close to the water. House was very clean.Property manager was amazing and replied to questions immediately It was cold when we were in Orlando and thankfully there was enough to do in the house to occupy 9 17-22 year olds.
