”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. ”One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Really looking forward to our next visit! ”

”Spotleess and beautiful. I will come back to this place. You can see the rice fields from the rooms and the staff is great. The decorations and the atmosphere of this place are a delight. Great food, beakfast was included and was amazing. We had dinner and was the best food in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place. ”JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!”
