Villa Palena makes a great choice for guests who cherish great taste while being close to the beach. The site is perfect for a large family holiday or a group of friends. Built on a private land of 4.500 m2 Villa Palena is a brand new property, built in modern lines, that captures the essence of holidays by the sea. Located just 100 meters on foot away from the beautiful, sandy beach of Marathi and several tavernas. It is fully equipped to meet your needs with exclusive amenities such as its spa room, recreation room, smart living areas, and relaxation spots that are scattered throughout the premises, all the while offering ample space and privacy.

The property boasts a luxury experience with top-of-the-line amenities and has been designed to give you an unforgettable vacation. Villa Palena covers 520 m2 and it spreads in four levels. Villa Palena accommodates 14 guests in its 7 exquisite en-suite bedrooms and up to 20 guests if needed. For your comfort, the villa is air-conditioned throughout.


Ground Floor
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room and indoor dining area. The furnishing, finishes, and details are all oriented towards pure quality and seamless enjoyment, and you will be won over by its elegance. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55 HDTV with Netflix, and a coffee table. The dining area provides seating for 14 guests. Next to it, youll find the gleaming modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a wine cooler, and an island breakfast counter with 14 stools. This floor also features a luggage stroller, for your convenience. All 3 areas offer glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool terrace. The ground floor bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, air conditioning, a 32" TV, a closet, and safe and direct access to a veranda. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this level that offers a washing machine and clothes dryer.


Lower Floor

The lower level features a recreation room with a corner sofa, 65 HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, Home cinema, Bluetooth speaker, and games. Also, a pool table and table soccer are available. The Spa Area includes a marble Hammam for 6 people, a wooden sauna for 7 guests, a 6-seater hot tub, 4 chaise longues, and a massage bed. The gym equipment available includes an elliptical machine, static bicycle, and exercise equipment. Finally, there is a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower on this level along with an additional separate shower and a dressing room. Stairs from this level may lead you to the pool area.

First Floor

The first floor features four bedrooms:

The attic features two bedrooms both with sliding doors.

Outdoor Area

The 2.500 m2 outdoor area of Villa Palena is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:

- A private, 50 m2 swimming pool, 1,50 m deep. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

-The pool terrace is equipped with an abundance of outdoor furniture, providing ample relaxing space for all guests including 8 comfortable sun beds, 2 double day beds, 2 bean bag loungers, a hanging egg chair, a hammock, side tables, a large corner sofa with a coffee table, 4 cuddler sofas, 4 large umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Choose your favorite spot and unwind by the pool all day long, enjoying refreshing dips and sunbathing.

- Shaded pergola including gas barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining table for 14 guests are perfect for al fresco dining and for the preparation of your daily meals. An outdoor kitchen with a sink, small fridge and freezer, and stools are also provided for your comfort. An additional table with 4 high chairs can also be found outside the kitchen.

- Table tennis and a playground are also available for our young guests. The lawn-covered areas around the pool are also ideal for the kids to play.
- A sports field, in the backyard, offering facilities for many sports such as basketball & soccer.
- Parking space for many cars inside the Villa premises.

- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
