As you step into Roxanne Villa, the first impression is one of modern luxury and comfort. The spacious living room, with its minimalist and elegant design, greets you with a sense of tranquility. Oversized windows offer a seamless view of the refreshing pool, creating a connection to the outdoor oasis.

The living room is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, featuring a beautiful dining table where you can savor meals in style. For entertainment, a flat-screen satellite TV and a PlayStation await, ensuring that relaxation is always at your fingertips. Fabulous relaxing holiday at our own pool!

Comfortable, clean and a convenient location to beaches & old town Chania. We loved relaxing at the pool. George was a fantastic host who was very responsive to any of our needs & would help us with any questions - plus, upon arrival, he had the kitchen stocked for us with fruit, eggs, butter, wine & snacks etc.- such a welcome sight after our long journey. The taxi service he recommended was also very reliable. We would definitely come stay here the next time we visit Chania.
