We welcome you to our residence Casa Benedetta. Our main goal is to create a calm and comfortable space that could comfortably accommodate families, groups, couples. The building dates back to 1920. Its complete renovation was completed in 2024. We will try to preserve the traditional character of the house and combine it harmoniously with modern elements. All our spaces are comfortable and free to use. Especially our common areas will impress you. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are characteristic of the house. According to the design, the house is a maisonette. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor of the house. Also, on the first floor you will have a large terrace to enjoy the wonderful sun or our beautiful summer evenings. The outdoor areas of the property are comfortable and ideal to enjoy your breakfast. The location is considered relatively close to the city center. We are just 650 meters from the sea and specifically 1900 meters from the old Venetian harbor. Our location is also very close to the popular DIKASTIRIA SQUARE ( 850m) where you can find restaurants, cafes, super markets, banks, taxi rank, transportation etc, they can make your stay easier and enjoyable. We are located in the historic neighborhood of HALEPA. This lovely neighborhood can be seen with enjoyable walks without needing any other forms of transportation. You can walk to the Archaeological Museum of Chania and the residence of Eleftherios Venizelos. We can provide our guests with directions for a scenic walk to see the beautiful sunset of HALEPA. This pleasant route starts from our house than passing by the Residence-Museum of Venizelos. You will see the beautiful alleys in the old TAMBAKARIA and follow the entire coastline of HALEPA enjoying the coastal landscape and stunning views. Next will be the coastal town of KOUM-KAPI and finish at the wonderful OLD VENETIAN PORT. We highly recommend this enjoyable route! This magic natural beauty will impress you!
