Spanning 75 sqm across two floors, VillaSaints I can accommodate up to 4 guests in total comfort and privacy.
The ground level features a bright open-plan living area with minimalist design and warm neutral tones. The space includes a comfortable sofa, a 50 Smart satellite TV, and a Bluetooth speaker, making it ideal for relaxed gatherings. Large glass doors offer seamless access to the pool area, creating a fluid indoor-outdoor living experience. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances and a kitchen island with 2 bar stools for casual dining.
On the same level, Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with a high-quality Coco-Mat mattress, air conditioning, a 44 Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the pool.
Upstairs, Bedroom 2 features another king-size Coco-Mat bed, also measuring 1.80 x 2.00m, along with an ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a 44 Smart TV, and balcony access for moments of outdoor privacy.
Outdoor Facilities
The villas 100 sqm private outdoor space is designed for carefree leisure and comfort. The 20 sqm private pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with 2 sunbeds, 2 sez long chairs, and side tables for relaxing under the sun. A poolside shower is also available for your convenience. Enjoy outdoor dining under the pergola-shaded dining area, next to a fully equipped BBQ corner with an electric grill and sink--ideal for preparing fresh meals and gathering with loved ones.
The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability.
VillaSaints I is part of a group of five villas owned and managed by the same host.
There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & VillaSaints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.
6/7-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.Resilience fee to the climate crisis

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Please be advised that there is currently some construction activity on a neighboring property. While no disturbance has been reported by previous or current guests, we share this information for transparency, always prioritizing your comfort and overall experience.
