”We had a wonderful two nights stay at the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. The gym room is quite big and is well equipped. We really liked the breakfast. Most importantly, staff was amazingly nice and friendly. We can’t wait to comeback. ”

”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

Diego did valet parking and was so sweet with explaining how it worked and waiting patiently for my friend and i to grab our stuff. We had also ordered door dash to our room and they called us to inform us that our dasher was on their way up to us. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”The location is great! This property is unique - very pretty inside! Great breakfast. The room is small and the bed is small. Only two people can fit in this room! But it worked for us and we had a view of the Golden Gate bridge from our room on a higher floor. Also - no tv in room. ”
